Weil announced today several new leadership appointments within the Firm – across multiple departments, practice areas and offices. These transitions follow the updates to the Firm’s governance structure that were announced on February 20, 2025.
- Corporate Department: Lyuba Goltser and Michael Hickey will enter newly established roles as co-managing partners – reporting into Michael J. Aiello as Chairman of the Corporate Department – and will focus on running the day-to-day operations of the department. Jannelle Seales will join Tom Henry as co-head of the Real Estate practice group. Jonathon Soler will transition off as head of the Private Funds practice group, and Andrew Chizzik and Stephanie Srulowitz will become co-heads.
- Litigation Department: John Neuwirth and Drew Tulumello will join David Lender as co-heads of the Litigation Department, and each will transition off as co-heads of their respective practice groups. David Singh will join Greg Silbert as co-head of the CCL practice group. Robert Niles-Weed will become a co-head of the Appeals and Strategic Counseling practice group.
- Restructuring Department: Gary Holtzer will transition off as co-head of the Restructuring Department, and Ronit Berkovich will join Matt Barr, Jeff Saferstein and Sunny Singh as co-head.
- Office Leadership: In Boston, Jakub Wronski will join Ramona Nee as co-head of the office. In Dallas, Courtney Marcus will transition off, and Vynessa Nemunaitis and Jonathan Macke will become co-heads of the office. And in Silicon Valley, Bambo Obaro will join Craig Adas as co-head.
