Weil has been named Antidiscrimination Firm of the Year at the Legal Benchmarking Group Social Impact Awards EMEA 2024. The Awards celebrate and recognize firms championing inclusion within the workplace and industry.

Weil has been recognized for its efforts forming and leading a group of 50+ businesses, charities, academics and policy makers to explore making social class a protected characteristic in the Equality Act. Led by partner Jacky Kelly, this work has involved an extensive consultation process, group discussions, the collation of research/evidence and an analysis of anti-discrimination laws around the world.

The awards seek to celebrate the outstanding efforts of legal professionals who champion social impact and inclusion, while also providing a prestigious accreditation for those firms committed to creating more inclusive work environments – making them better positioned to meet the evolving needs of clients from across the industry.
