Weil was again ranked in Global Investigations Review’s GIR100, an annual ranking of the best law firms for complex, multijurisdictional corporate investigations, highlighting the Firm’s cross-border expertise in white-collar defense, regulatory and investigations work. This is the 10th consecutive year that Weil has been ranked in the GIR100.
The publication recognized Weil’s “strong transatlantic capabilities” and “reputation for navigating complex and sensitive engagements.” GIR also noted the Firm’s representation of Terraform Labs in settling a dispute with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission related to its chapter 11 restructuring.
