The Award rewards firms which have demonstrated a consistently high standard in providing fund structuring legal services to the private equity sector. This nomination follows shortly off the back of the group’s shortlisting for the Law Firm of the Year in Europe (Fund Formation) Award from Private Equity International earlier this year.
