Weil’s global Antitrust capabilities have once again been recognized by Global Competition Review with the Firm ranked in the “GCR 100 2025,” the publication’s list of the top 100 law firms for antitrust worldwide, and among the “Global Elite,” recognizing Weil’s excellent international capabilities. The Firm’s Washington, D.C. practice continues to be ranked as “outstanding.” The New York, U.K. and Brussels practice are ranked as “highly recommended,” a new recommendation for Weil’s Brussels office, and the France practice is recognized as “recommended.”
The publication calls Weil “a merger control powerhouse, having recently advised on multiple big-ticket deals,” including providing global antitrust counsel to Microsoft in its $68.7 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard Inc. GCR also highlighted Weil’s “active litigation practice.”
The GCR 100 Global Elite is a competitive list of top law firms with ranked antitrust practices on more than one continent. Rankings are based on independent research, attorney interviews and an extensive firm questionnaire.
