Weil’s London office has been shortlisted for private capital and restructuring awards at the upcoming Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Europe Awards.

The London Finance team has been shortlisted for their work advising Ardian and the Biofarma Group on its financing for the acquisition of U.S. Pharma Lab, and the London Restructuring team has been shortlisted for advising on Zambia’s debt restructuring, alongside White & Case.

The awards recognize the top law firms in each region according to their innovation, people management, social responsibility, digital maturity and financial growth.

Winners will be announced at the awards dinner taking place at the Natural History Museum on September 12, 2024.
