Biography
Aimee Adler is an Executive Compensation & Benefits partner in Weil’s Tax Department and is based in New York. Aimee’s practice focuses on executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA matters. She advises a variety of domestic and international clients, including private equity firms and publicly-traded and privately-held companies, with respect to executive compensation and employee benefits issues, including those in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, initial public offerings, financial restructurings and other strategic transactions.
In addition, Aimee has extensive experience in the negotiation, design and implementation of executive compensation and employee benefits arrangements, including employment, retention, deferred compensation, change in control and severance arrangements and equity-based and cash-based incentive compensation arrangements for private equity firms, publicly-traded and privately-held companies, individual executives and management teams.
She is named among Lawdragon’s “500 Leading U.S. Corporate Employment Lawyers” list.
Aimee received her J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School and her B.A. from Tufts University.
