Alexander Skudder
Alexander is a Finance associate in the London office. Alexander has acted for private equity sponsors, corporates, financial institutions and direct lenders on a wide range of financing transactions with a particular emphasis on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance (both public and private), as well as high yield financings, debt restructurings and refinancings.

Representative experience as part of a team includes advising:

  • Advent International on the financing of various acquisitions as well as refinancings, add-ons and recapitalisations, including the refinancings of Rubix and Roehm.
  • The senior lenders in relation to CVC’s acquisition of Jagex.
  • BlackRock’s financings for Marlin Equity Partner’s acquisitions of Linnworks and Puzzel AS, and subsequent bolt-on acquisitions.
  • Morgan Stanley, Danske, DNB, and another major financial institutions as mandated lead arrangers, in connection with the $700m senior secured credit facilities to Sector Alarm.
  • Signet Group Limited in its $1.2 billion senior secured asset based revolving facility.
  • Goldman Sachs, as administrative agent, collateral agent, L/C issuer, joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner, in a $350 million term loan facility and $77 million revolving credit facility for Dye & Durham Corporation.
  • A&M Capital on the financing of its acquisition of Carton Pack.
  • Advent International on its refinancing of Williams Lea Tag.
  • Bain Capital on the financing of its acquisition of Deltatre.
  • Montagu on its refinancing of Wireless Logic.
