Biography
Alexander Zedlovich is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Alexander participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Alexander received his J.D., cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was awarded The Wann Family Foundation Award for Business Planning. He received his B.A. from Wesleyan University.
