Biography
Alice Yuan is a partner in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Alice advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as other public and private companies, across various industries on a broad range of complex transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, growth equity investments, special situations transactions and joint ventures. She also advises clients on general corporate and governance matters.
Alice has been recognized by The Legal 500 for M&A: Middle-Market (Sub-$500M) and by the Los Angeles Business Journal as a Leader of Influence as a Private Equity Advisor and a Woman of Influence as an Attorney.
Alice previously served as a public company in-house lawyer and executive where she worked closely with senior leadership on M&A, corporate governance, financing and strategy. Prior to joining Weil, Alice was a partner at another U.S. law firm.
