Biography
Anna Gamayunov is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Boston. Anna participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Anna has been part of the teams advising:
- Advent International in its $6.4 billion acquisition of Maxar Technologies
- Astorg Partners in its approximately $282 million take-private acquisition of Hamilton Thorne and simultaneous acquisition of the Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) product portfolio of Cook Medical
- Permira Advisers in its acquisition of Reorg Research, Inc. (d/b/a Reorg)
- Providence Equity Partners in the sale of its portfolio company Tait LLC to Goldman Sachs Alternatives
- PSG in its investment in Stylitics Inc. and Kenect, LLC in its acquisition of Friendemic Inc.
- Susquehanna Growth Equity in its acquisition of a minority stake in Sawhorse Media LLC (d/b/a Muck Rack Software LLC)
Anna received her J.D. and B.Com. from the University of Sydney.
