Biography
Asha is a Finance associate in the London office. She advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, financial institutions and direct lenders on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional financings, cross-border acquisition, leveraged finance, debt restructurings and other complex financing transactions.
Representative experience as part of a team includes advising:
- Blackstone on the financing of its acquisition of Sediver
- GSAM and OTPP on the financing for Ares portfolio company SLR Consulting
- Ardian on the financing for the acquisition of Masco Group
- Advent International on the financing of the acquisition of the Hoist Group
- A&M Capital on its financing for the acquisitions of Ayesa and Ibermatica
- Bain Capital on the financing of its acquisition of Deltatre
- The recapitalization and refinancing of Brookfield portfolio company Schoeller Packaging B.V.
