Biography
Atty is a Finance associate in the London office. Atty has acted for private equity sponsors, financial institutions and direct lenders on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional financings and other complex financing transactions with a particular focus on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance transactions as well as high yield financings, debt restructurings and refinancings.
Representative experience as part of a team includes advising:

- Bain Capital on the financing of its acquisition of Deltatre
- A&M Capital on its acquisition of Ayesa
- Sun European Partners on its acquisition of K3 Group
