Biography

Audrey Holds is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Audrey participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Audrey has been part of the teams advising:
- Citation Capital in its acquisition of a majority stake in Aptive Environmental
- CPP Investments in its approximately $1 billion investment in support of merger between Novolex (a portfolio company of Apollo) and Pactiv Evergreen
- Javelin Capital in its sale of substantially all of the assets of Javcap Securities LLC to Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
- Nexa Equity and Autura in its merger with Traxero (a portfolio company of Radian Capital)
- TPG and its portfolio company Morrow Sodali in its acquisition of Domestique
Audrey received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law and she received her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
