Biography
Ben Jamison is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Houston. Ben participates in the representation of public and private companies, and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and is focused on the energy industry.
Ben received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and his B.S., cum laude, from Butler University.
