Biography
Benjamin Köpple is an Associate in the Corporate and the Employment Law department in our Frankfurt office. He focuses on M&A and Private Equity transactions as well as individual and collective employment law matters (including remuneration and incentive programs).
Benjamin Köpple studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg (LL.B. 2011, law degree 2012) and the University of Texas at Austin. Following his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, he was admitted to practice in Germany in 2016. Benjamin started his career in the employment law department of a leading international law firm. Before joining Weil, Benjamin set up and managed the legal department of a buy & build portfolio company of a private equity fund.
Benjamin is fluent in German and English.
