Biography
Brendan Spagnuolo is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Brendan participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Brendan has been part of the teams advising:
- Bell Canada in its C$5.0 billion acquisition of Ziply Fiber
- Digital Realty Trust, Inc. and its subsidiary Digital Netherlands Holding B.V. in its $200 million acquisition of LHR1 Data Center Holdings from Phoenix Parallel Global Holdings Limited (a subsidiary of Brookfield Asset Management)
- DRF Logistics, LLC and DRF, LLC, Pitney Bowes’ global ecommerce segment, which provides domestic ecommerce parcel services, including delivery and returns, as well as cross-border logistics, in connection with their chapter 11 cases
Brendan received his J.D., cum laude, from St John's University School of Law, where he served as Associate Managing Editor for the St. John’s Law Review and he received his B.S. from Boston College, Carroll School of Management. Brendan was also a member of the NCAA men’s baseball team at Boston College.
