Biography
Brian Roduner is an associate in the Banking & Finance group in London. His practice focuses on infrastructure and leveraged acquisition finance transactions and advising private equity sponsors, financial institutions and corporates on a variety of domestic and cross-border debt and corporate finance transactions.
Prior to joining Weil, Brian was part of the project finance practice of a leading international law firm in Western Australia. Brian is fluent in English and German.
Representative experience includes advising:
- PAI on the financing for its acquisition of a majority stake in the VAMED healthcare business
- Ancala Partners’ and Peel Group’s lenders on the refinancing of Liverpool Airport
- Arjun Infrastructure Partners’ lenders on the refinancing of Indigo Pipelines, one of the fastest-growing independent gas transporters in the UK
- Basalt Infrastructure Partners’ lenders on the refinancing of Nobina, the largest coach and bus operator in the Nordics
- Woodside Energy on the sale of its 49% stake in the US$5.6 billion Pluto LNG Train 2 to Global Infrastructure Partners*
- Thunderbird Operations and Kimberley Mineral Sands on the project financing of the A$484 million Thunderbird Mineral Sands Project*
- Deterra Royalties in relation to a new A$350 million club facility which allows it to act flexibly on value accretive acquisitions*
