Biography
Bruno Romagnoli is corporate counsel based in the Paris office. His practice covers transactional advice on mergers and acquisitions-related matters for both public and private companies as well as securities and stock exchange regulations and corporate law.
Bruno has notably advised:
- Eutelsat in its combination with OneWeb;
- Engie in the sale to Veolia of its stake in Suez;
- Casino in the sale of FLOA Bank;
- Engie in the acquisition of Solaire Direct;
- Engie in the sale of Elengy to GRTgaz;
- Caisse des dépôts et consignations in the transfer of its shareholding in Futuroscope to Compagnie des Alpes;
- Altarea in the acquisition of Woodeum;
- Alain Taravella in the acquisition of Daniel Féau;
- Vinci and Eiffage on the tender offer for the shares of Société Marseillaise du Tunnel Prado Carénage;
- EBM (Coopérative Elektra Birseck) in the CHF 489 million acquisition from EDF of its stake in Alpiq;
- CPPIB in its minority investment in Elis;
- Engie in the issuance of bonds convertible into GTT shares;
- Engie in the sale of its stake in GTT through a private placement;
- Bain Capital in the acquisition of Kantar;
- Advent in the acquisition of Planet Payment;
