Charu Singh is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Charu participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds. In addition, she has represented certain institutional investors in connection with their investments in private equity funds and other private investment funds.
Prior to joining Weil, Charu was a lawyer in PwC Australia’s corporate advisory practice.
Charu received her LL.B., with honors, and her Bachelor of Commerce (Majoring in Business Economics), with distinction, from the University of New South Wales.
