Biography
Christina Swiatowy is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust group. Her practice focuses on government investigations and regulatory approval for mergers and acquisitions across a range of industries, including technology, internet services and software, healthcare analytics, chemicals, and oil and gas.
Christina also maintains an active pro bono practice, which as of late has included work on behalf of the Innocence Project and HIAS (a Jewish American nonprofit organization that provides humanitarian aid and assistance to refugees).
Prior to joining Weil, Christina served as a summer law clerk at a boutique litigation firm, focusing on civil, business, and commercial litigation, among other practice areas. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and received her B.A., summa cum laude in English Literature and Legal Studies from the University at Buffalo.
