Christopher Hall
Christopher Hall is an associate in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice. He focuses on securities class action, shareholder derivative, and M&A litigation.

Christopher’s recent experience includes serving on the Weil teams representing a nationwide movie theater chain in earnings miss securities class actions and related shareholder derivative litigation, several private equity firms in fiduciary duty litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, and counseling clients on litigation risk.    

Christopher also has an active pro bono practice, including work with victims of religious discrimination, Criminal Justice Act federal appellate work, and FOIA litigation against the U.S. Department of State.

Christopher previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond W. Gruender of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis.
