Biography
Connor Wax is an Executive Compensation & Benefits associate in Weil’s Tax Department and is based in New York. Connor participates in the representation of Firm clients with respect to the executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA issues in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, initial public offerings and other strategic transactions.
Connor has been part of the teams advising:
- Genstar Capital and Clarience Technologies, LLC in its acquisition of Swordfish Intermediate Holdings, Inc.
- Kainos Capital LP and Evriholder Products, LLC in its acquisitions of Axe Holdings, LLC and Home Sweet Home Holdings, Inc.
- Kologik Software, Inc. (a platform company of GSV Management, LLC) in its acquisition of Kologik, LLC
- Lone Star Funds and XSYS Germany Holding Gmbh in its $325 million acquisition of the MacDermid graphics business from Element Solutions Incorporated
- Nexa Equity LLC in its acquisition of Easy Metrics Inc.
- Project Sentinel Purchaser, LLC (a platform company of Utility Associates, Inc.) in its acquisition of Strax Technologies, LLC
- PSG in its acquisition of Benchmark Solutions, LLC
- Sanofi in its approximately $2.2 billion acquisition of Inhibrx, Inc.
- Sunoco LP in its approximately $7.3 billion acquisition of NuStar Energy L.P.
Connor received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he served as Notes Editor for the Washington University Jurisprudence Review and his B.S., cum laude, from the University of Florida.
