Biography
Constance Frayssineau is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Banking & Finance Department. Her practice focuses on banking and acquisition finance transactions. She advises private equity sponsors, borrowers and lenders.
Constance joined the firm in 2023. Prior to joining Weil, she was an associate in the Paris office of an international law firm.
Constance obtained a double degree in French and English law from Nanterre University (France) and Essex University (England). She also graduated from Paris-Dauphine University with a Master’s degree in Financial Law in 2017.
Constance is a member of the Paris Bar. Her native language is French and she is fluent in English.
