Biography
Daniela de la Lama is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Daniela participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Daniela has been part of the teams advising:
- Altamont Capital Partners in its close of its first continuation fund extending its investment and partnership with Tacala; and in the formation of Diablo Investment Fund, L.P., a $318 million fund
- Brookfield Asset Management in the formation of Brookfield Infrastructure Fund V, LP, a $30 billion infrastructure debt focused fund
- Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in acquisitions of Atalian and the Facilities Services business of OCS Group
- Thomas H. Lee Partners in its acquisition of a majority stake in Standish Management
Daniela received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her B.A. from Middlebury College.
