Biography
David Rudolph is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. David participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
David has been part of the teams advising:
- AltC Acquisition Corp., a SPAC sponsored by AltC Sponsor LLC (an affiliate of M. Klein and Company, LLC) in its $875 million de-SPAC merger with Oklo Inc.
- Bell Canada in its C$5.0 billion acquisition of Ziply Fiber
- Eli Lilly & Company in its acquisition of a manufacturing facility located in Pleasant Prairie, WI
- Scandinavian Airlines, a publicly traded airline based in Sweden in connection with its global restructuring and chapter 11 reorganization
David received his J.D., cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Cardozo Law Review. He received his B.S. from the University of Southern California.
