Eddie Fenwick is an associate in the Restructuring group of Weil’s London office. As part of a team, Eddie has been involved in a number of restructurings and has experience advising distressed corporates, private equity houses, minority lenders and insolvency practitioners. His experience includes domestic and cross-border restructuring matters in a range of sectors.
Eddie has previously completed a secondment to the Restructuring department in Weil’s New York office. Eddie is fluent in German.

- The ad hoc group of noteholders in relation to the restructuring of Petrofac
- The senior lenders of Parks of Poland in connection with its consensual recapitalisation
- Teneo as administrators of VTB Capital PLC
- Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc on its subordinated debt litigation with various UK subsidiaries
