Biography
Elizabeth Sytsma (Kerwin-Miller) is counsel in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice, where her practice focuses on securities fraud class action litigation, shareholder derivative suits, litigation arising from mergers and acquisitions, internal investigations, and SEC and other governmental inquiries and investigations.
Elizabeth obtained her B.A., cum laude, from Vanderbilt University. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where she was a Charles Evans Hughes scholar and a Pro Bono scholar.
