Emilie is an associate in the Restructuring Practice, based in the Paris office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
Her practice focuses on pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings, distressed transactions and litigations, in a broad range of industries. She represents debtors, shareholders, creditors and investors.
Emilie is graduated from Emlyon Business School (Master spécialisé - Juriste Manager International) in 2016 and from Université Lyon III (Master 2 - Droit des affaires approfondi) in 2015.
Emilie is a member of the Paris Bar since 2020. Her native language is French and she is fluent in English
