Federica Marini
Federica Marini is an associate in Weil's Capital Markets practice and is based in New York. Federica participates in advising issuers, underwriters and private equity sponsors in connection with public and private offerings of securities and other capital markets transactions. She has been involved in investment grade and high-yield debt offerings as well as primary and secondary equity offerings.

Federica has been part of the teams advising:

  • Getty Images Inc. in its approximately $4.8 billion business combination with CC Neuberger Principal Holdings II, a SPAC formed by a partnership of CC Capital and Neuberger Berman.
  • Citi, HSBC and Wells Fargo, as representatives of the underwriters, in the $3.6 billion senior unsecured notes offering by Parker-Hannifin Corporation to finance its acquisition of Meggitt plc.
  • Sanofi in its approximately $2.2 billion acquisition of Inhibrx, Inc.
  • Citigroup Global Capital Markets, as representative of several initial purchasers, in a $2 billion 144A/Reg S offering of senior notes due 2033 by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.
  • Morgan Stanley, as representative of the several initial purchasers, in a $1.5 billion 144A/Reg S offering of senior notes by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd
  • A financial institution, as representative of several initial purchasers, in a $1.25 billion 144A/Reg S offering of senior unsecured notes by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.
  • TE Connectivity Ltd. in a $600 million offering of senior unsecured notes by Tyco Electronics Group S.A.

Federica joined Weil as a summer associate in 2020.

Federica received her J.D., cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as a Senior Staff Member of the St. John's Law Review, and her B.A., summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Agnes Scott College. She is fluent in Italian and French.
