Florian Striefler is an associate in the Tax department of the Munich office. He advises on national and international tax law focusing on M&A and private equity investments as well as on tax-efficient reorganizations.
Florian studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich (law degree 2018). He completed his legal clerkship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg (2020). Before joining Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, he worked as a research associate at the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance in Munich. His admission to practice in Germany is pending.
Florian is fluent in German and English.
