Biography

Frances D. Dales is a partner in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Los Angeles. She represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions, minority and joint venture investments, growth equity investments, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs and divestitures. Frances has experience counseling clients in a number of industries, including software, business and financial services, asset management, consumer products and healthcare.
Prior to joining Weil, Frances was a partner at another international law firm.
