Gabrielle Fressle is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Gabrielle participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Gabrielle has been part of the teams advising:
- Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Agiliti, Inc. in its merger with affiliates of Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P in a transaction that implies an enterprise value of approximately $2.5 billion
- Avon Products, Inc. in its sale of substantially all of its assets to Natura &Co and its affiliates, effected through a $125 million credit bid in connection with its chapter 11 proceedings
- John Wiley & Sons, Inc. in its sale of Wiley Edge to Inspirit Capital
Gabrielle received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was an Online Editor of the New York University Law Review, and her B.A., cum laude, from Boston College.
