
Gigi received her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Cornell Law Review, a writing associate for the Legal Information Institute’s Supreme Court Bulletin, and an Honors Fellow Teaching Assistant for the First-Year Legal Writing Program. She was also a board member for the Moot Court Association and the Alumni Advisory Committee. In addition, Gigi participated in numerous clinics during law school, including the Capital Punishment Clinic, Criminal Appellate Defense Clinic, and Gender Justice Clinic.
She graduated summa cum laude and with highest honors distinction with a B.A. in Philosophy and a minor in English from the University of Georgia, Honors Program. As an undergraduate, Gigi served as an intern in the Special Victim’s Unit of the Athens-Clarke County District Attorney’s Office, the Athens-Clarke County Public Defender’s Office, and worked as a Children’s Advocate within the Athens-Clarke County Family Court with Children First.
