Biography
Guillaume is an associate in Weil’s Tax practice and is based in Paris. Guillaume’s practice focuses on international and domestic taxation, with particular emphasis on private equity, mergers and acquisition (for both public and private groups) as well as corporate reorganizations and distressed company transactions.
Guillaume graduated from a Master’s degree in corporate taxation from the Paris-Dauphine University (M2 221) in 2015. He also received a Master of Law in Business and Tax Law (LLM) in 2017 from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE - London).
He is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
