Ian Clark is Weil’s Associate Director, Conflicts. In this role, he oversees the Conflicts Analysts and addresses and provides guidance on conflicts of interest and other ethics and compliance issues for the Firm and its partners.
Prior to this role, Ian was a Conflicts Attorney at another international law firm, and a Conflicts Associate at a global financial institution.
Ian received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.
