Biography
Jaime Yeh is an associate in the Restructuring Department of the Firm’s Hong Kong office. She has experience in handling equity capital markets and debt financing transactions, restructurings, registered funds administration and distribution, and various corporate matters.
Prior to joining Weil, Jaime worked in the legal and compliance department of an international asset management company, during which she had also been seconded to a leading international law firm. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
