Jan Danelzik is a Senior Associate in the Corporate department in our Munich office. He advises national and international financial investors and companies on PE/M&A transactions and restructurings as well as on general corporate and capital markets law.
Jan studied law at the University of Bonn and the University of Cologne (first state exam 2010) as well as business administration at the University of Hagen (business degree in 2014). He completed his legal clerkship in Düsseldorf, London and Frankfurt am Main (second state exam 2015). He obtained his doctorate on a corporate law topic (Dr. iur. 2022) and was admitted to practice in Germany in 2016.
Jan is fluent in German and English and has basic knowledge in Spanish.
