Biography
Jeremiah Lee is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in Dallas. Jeremiah participates in the representation of public and private companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Jeremiah has been part of the teams advising:
- Advent International in its $6.4 billion acquisition of Maxar Technologies
- Brookfield Business Partners in its $8 billion sale of Westinghouse Electric Company
- TPG Inc. in its approximately $2.7 billion acquisition of Angelo, Gordon & Co., L.P.
Prior to joining Weil, Jeremiah was a Corporate associate at another international law firm.
Jeremiah received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he served as a Senior Notes Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy, and his B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
