Jillian Ingrisano
Jillian Ingrisano is an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil’s New York office.

Jillian received her J.D., cum laude, Order of the Barristers, from Brooklyn Law School and her B.S., magna cum laude, from the City College of New York.  While in law school, Jillian served as Note Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and Appellate Coordinator for the Moot Court Honor Society.  Jillian’s dedication to the study of bankruptcy and corporate law earned her the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal for Excellence in Bankruptcy Studies, the Professor Samuel Hoffman Memorial Prize for Excellence in Corporate Law, and the Barse Family Scholarship for Excellence in Bankruptcy Law.  She was also recognized with the Brooklyn Law Pro Bono Award for her commitment to community service. 

Prior to joining Weil, Jillian served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Lisa G. Beckerman, Bankruptcy Judge for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, and The Honorable David S. Jones, Bankruptcy Judge for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

  • Avon Products, Inc., holding company of the Avon International beauty brand, and its affiliated debtors, in connection with its chapter 11 cases, with approximately $1.3 billion in funded debt and significant potential mass tort liabilities.
