Biography
Jordan Rosman is an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil’s New York office. Jordan’s practice focuses on debtors, creditors and other stakeholders in chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. Jordan received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a Galgay Fellow in Bankruptcy and Reorganization Law and served as a Staff Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law. Prior to joining Weil, Jordan was a restructuring associate at a major international law firm.
