Biography
Jules Bienenfeld is an associate in Weil’s Real Estate practice and is based in New York. Jules participates in the representation of Firm clients with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for real estate related companies.
Jules has been part of the teams advising:
- Goldman Sachs in its acquisition of NextCapital Group, Inc. and its $440 million strategic investment in BrightNight
- Government of Bermuda in connection with the $550,000,000 recapitalization of the Fairmont Southampton resort in Bermuda
- The Home Depot, Inc. in its $18.25 billion acquisition of SRS Distribution Inc.
- Monarch Alternative Capital, as borrower, in a mortgage loan to finance its acquisition of the Crowne Plaza Orlando - Universal Blvd Hotel from Universal Towers Construction Inc.
Jules received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center. He received his B.A. from Yeshiva University.
