Biography
Kerri Gallagher is an associate in Weil’s Tax Department and is based in Dallas. Kerri participates in the representation of Firm clients with respect to the tax aspects of a wide range of corporate transactions.
Kerri received her LL.M. from New York University School of Law, where she was a recipient of the Dean’s Graduate Award, her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
