Biography
Kevin Mägerle is an associate in the Corporate department of the Munich office. He focuses on corporate law as well as private equity and M&A transactions.
He has advised on a variety of cross-border and domestic transactions, including:
- Corestate Capital Holding S.A. on its successful EUR525m financial restructuring
- Halozyme Therapeutics on the contemplated public takeover offer for evotec SE
- Alibaba.com on the acquisition of Visable Group from Capvis
- Superior Industries on the successful reorganization of its European business operations
Kevin studied business administration at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University Villingen-Schwenningen and the University of California, Santa Barbara (Bachelor of Arts 2014) as well as law at the University of Konstanz (law degree 2020) where he also completed his doctorate in 2024 (Dr. jur. 2024). He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Karlsruhe (2022). He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2022.
Kevin is fluent in German as well as English and has a basic knowledge of French.
