Kirstin Fyffe
Kirstin Fyffe is Corporate counsel in London, specialising in mergers and acquisitions. As part of a team, Kirstin advises leading private equity funds and major corporates on a wide range of cross-border and domestic acquisitions, disposals and restructurings as well as general corporate and commercial matters. Described by a client as ‘very good’, she is a recommended lawyer for Private Equity: Transactions - High-value deals (£250m+) in Legal 500 UK 2023. She was recently listed as one of the top 30 young lawyers most active on UK Private Equity deals by MergerLinks as part of their Rising Stars series.

Prior to joining Weil, Kirstin worked for a leading Scottish law firm in their London office.

  • Clayton, Dubilier & Rice on the acquisition of OCS, as part of its simultaneous acquisition of Atalian
  • Advent International and portfolio company IRCA on the acquisition of the trade and assets of Ireland-based Kerry’s Sweet Ingredients Portfolio
  • A&M Capital Advisors Europe in its acquisition of IB Group Ltd (United Kingdom), a distributor and manufacturer of sweet and savory snacks, from Sculptor Capital Management and certain members of Management
  • Providence Equity Partners and existing shareholders on the sale of Tes Global
  • Advent International on a partnership with the founder of the Parfums de Marly and INITIO Parfums Privés niche fragrance brands
  • Advent-backed Cobham on its sale of Cobham Aerospace Connectivity, Cobham Aviation Services UK, Cobham Slip Rings, Cobham Mission Systems, Cobham Aero Connectivity and Cobham Special Mission
  • Advent International on its sale of the antennas business of its portfolio company Laird Connectivity
  • Howden on its acquisition of Align Financial
  • An ad-hoc committee of creditors in the financial restructuring of KCA Deutag
  • A&M Capital Europe in its acquisition of a majority stake in Ayesa Inversiones
  • Goldman Sachs on their equity investment in Soho House
  • Paprec Groupe on in its acquisition of the Operations & Maintenance division of CNIM Group in France
  • International SOS on its sale of a minority stake to FFP in France
  • Hg on its sale of the Citation Group
  • Advent International on its acquisition of Transaction Services Group
