Liam Corriston is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in Dallas. Liam participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Liam received his J.D. with honors from The University of Texas School of Law, where he was Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review, and his B.A. with Distinction from The University of Michigan.
