Biography
Liora Schiff is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Liora participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Liora received her J.D., magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Cardozo Law Review, her M.A. from the Bernard Revel Graduate School of Jewish Studies and her B.A. from Adelphi University. Liora served as an extern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Dineen A. Riviezzo at the Kings County Supreme Court – Criminal Term.
Liora is fluent in English, Dutch, French, Hebrew and Yiddish.
