Biography
Liran is an associate in Weil’s Employment Practice Group, where she represents clients across industries in labor and employment-related engagements including corporate transactions, litigation, counseling, and investigations.
Liran has been part of the teams advising:
- Citation Capital in its acquisition of a majority stake in Aptive Environmental
- Nexa Equity LLC and Autura in Autura’s merger with Traxero (a portfolio company of Radian Capital)
- Stripes Group and Siete Foods in Siete’s $1.2 billion sale to PepsiCo, Inc.
Prior to joining Weil, Liran worked in the employment practice group of another global law firm.
Liran received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She served as a full-time judicial extern to Magistrate Judge Stewart D. Aaron in the Southern District of New York and represented clients as a Student Attorney in the Boston University School of Law Housing, Employment, Family and Disability Clinic. She also interned with the New York State Office of the Attorney General and was a member of the Public Interest Law Journal. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Brandeis University.
