Biography
Lydia Cuddeback is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Boston. Lydia participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Lydia has been part of the teams advising:
- Astorg Partners in its approximately $282 million take-private acquisition of Hamilton Thorne and simultaneous acquisition of the Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) product portfolio of Cook Medical
- Kantar Group (a portfolio company of Bain Capital Private Equity) in its sale of Competitive Media Reporting, LLC and Competitive Media Reporting Canada Inc. (d/b/a Vivvix) to MediaRadar
- Providence Equity Partners in the sale of its portfolio company Tait LLC
- PSG in its acquisition of Loopback, LLC.
Lydia received her J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, where she served on the Review of Banking and Financial Law, and her B.A. magna cum laude, from Bucknell University.
