Marc G. Policastro
Marc Policastro is an associate in Weil’s Banking & Finance practice and is based in Silicon Valley. Marc participates in advising borrowers, private equity sponsors, banks and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, middle market and large cap financings, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings and debt restructuring transactions.
Marc has been part of the teams advising:
  • AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. in its $414 million offering of cash and payment-in-kind toggle senior secured exchangeable notes due 2030 by a subsidiary of AMC and in its $1.2 billion senior secured term loan facility
  • Ares Management Corp, as lenders, in an incremental first lien senior secured term facility for Service Logic Acquisition, Inc. (d/b/a Service Logic) (a portfolio company of Leonard Green)
  • Blackbird Purchaser, Inc., a portfolio company of Genstar Capital, in a $1.01 billion unitranche credit facility
  • Cedar Fair, L.P. in a $1.3 billion senior secured term loan and revolving facility
  • Marcone Supply (f/k/a Marcone Appliance Parts Center, Inc.) (a portfolio company of Genstar Capital) in its acquisition of The Bell Pump Service Company and The Simons Company, Inc.

Marc received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor for the Journal of International Law & Foreign Affairs. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
